Genres and themes regularly change, allowing students to explore different styles of performance while expanding their versatility as actors. From contemporary drama to comedy, thriller, period work, and beyond, participants are constantly challenged to adapt, grow, and discover new aspects of their performance abilities.
Building Confidence, Creativity and Future Opportunities
The Trailblazer Programme is a unique 12-week development course delivered in partnership with Sefton Council and Sefton at Work, supporting young adults aged 18–21 to build confidence, develop skills and explore future opportunities.
Through screen acting, creative workshops and practical experiences, participants gain valuable skills for employment, education and personal growth.
Led by DBS-certified industry practitioners, the programme provides a safe and supportive environment where young people can discover their strengths and potential.

The success of the Trailblazer Programme has been recognised by partners, participants, and employment professionals alike. In comparison to other employability programmes, our maiden Trailblazer course garnered a 90% attendance rate, almost double that of the average. As well as achieving a 100% completion rate and 85% of our students also went on to secure employment after completion.
